From the genius creators behind some of the most popular games today such as Clash of Clans and Clash Royale comes another entertaining action game. Brawl Stars is the newest addition to Supercell’s roster of games. The goal in this game is simple, you will enter a 3v3 battle where you take control of a brawler and fight against other players. The objectives will vary depending on the featured game modes but all battle will only last for 3 minutes. If you enjoyed Supercell’s Clash Royale, then you will surely find this game equally addictive and entertaining.

The Gameplay

The mechanics for Brawl Stars are very simple and easily manageable. It captures the same 3×3 online battle from Clash Royale but in a more engaging manner. Instead of tower defense, Brawl Stars, as what the term suggests, will focus more on combat and brawling. The game will initially provide you your default Brawler. As soon as the battle begins, you along with two other players will be prompted into the battlefield. The objective is to destroy or kill as many enemies as possible within the given time frame.

It is very interesting to note that there are many game modes in Brawl Stars that is randomly or manually picked by players. There’s the Gem Grab mode (3×3) where you team up with other players and out-strategize opposing team by collecting and holding 10 gems within the 3 minute time frame. Bounty mode encourages you to kill as many opponents as possible. The team with the most number of kills wins the game. Heist mode involves stealing treasure from enemies while Brawl Ball is a mode merely inspired from Soccer.

There’s also other non-3×3 mode such as Showdown which works like a Death match and survival and other special limited events too.

Pick Your Brawler

Another interesting element you will enjoy when you download Brawl Stars is the overwhelming amount of playable characters to choose from. Brawlers come in different rarities and players can collect them all in many ways. Currently, there are six rarity types of Brawlers in the game; League Rewards, Rare, Super Rare, Epic, Mythic and Legendary. A character named Shelly will be the starting Brawler in this game but eventually, you can unlock other Brawlers and upgrade their attributes and even their skins.

Each Brawler is special as they are armed with their own distinctive skills. Brawlers are categorized as Fighter, Sharpshooter, Thrower, Healer, Heavyweight, Assassin and Skirmisher. They are also equipped with various weapons. Interestingly, you can also upgrade their skins and make your character even more distinctive above the rest.

Leaderboard System and Constant Update

One of the features you will appreciate from Brawl Stars is the interactive Leaderboard system. Since this is a multiplayer online game, the leaderboard is indeed a perfect addition which gives the game a remarkable replay value. You can try your best and become the best Star Player for both local and regional score charts. The developer also assures Brawl Stars users that they will have a constant update. New brawlers, skins, maps, and special events will be features soon. Same thing goes with new game modes.
