The Gameplay

The mechanics of the game are very simple and easily manageable. Your goal is to create a path for your balls and convey them all to the truck located at the lowermost portion of the game screen. The mission is to convey as many balls as you possibly can to get a high score. Here’s how the game works. As soon as the game starts, it prompts you right away to a down-scrolling screen. Located above are the colorful balls that you need to drag down. You can do so by simply moving your finger on the sand and create a path.

Eventually, you will encounter spaces filled with white balls. These balls cannot be moved unless they are being touched by any of the colorful balls. It will automatically give pigments to white balls and will make them interactive. You will also encounter various obstacles along the way and some of which can destroy your balls so make sure to avoid them at all cost. A level is cleared when the balls reach the truck. The score will depend on how many balls you were able to convey.

Unlock Balls and Cars

Sand Balls has two unlockable items to offer. You can unlock new balls using the gems you collected after each level. Balls will only vary in terms of their shapes but other than that, they all function similarly. Cars, on the other hand, are unlocked differently. Every time you completed a level, you will earn certain points. All these points will be accumulated at the end and if you have earned enough, you will be able to upgrade your car. Much like the balls, changing cars will not do anything other than making the game more visually stunning and colorful.

Occasionally, you will receive Free Gifts, a chest that allows you to win exciting prizes such as new Balls or new car. In exchange of this guaranteed prize, you must watch a rewarded video which I think is a clever way to input ads. For Sand Balls, however, the ad placement is quite overwhelming.
