The Gameplay

The game is set on a first-person perspective and located in front of you is the entire burger stand setting. Take note that your main goal is to reach your target income before the given time runs out. In order to do so, you must serve the customers and give them their respective orders as quickly as you can. Unsatisfied customers tend to leave the shop which will greatly affect your earnings.

To start serving, simply tap the ingredients in a proper sequence. In preparing a burger for instance, you need to tap on the patty and the buns. When you tap the patty, it will go straight to the frying pan and wait for it until it is cooked. Pay attention to the cooking meter and tap the cooked patty on time to prevent it from getting burned. Otherwise, you will have no other option but to put it on a trash bin. As you progress, the menu will get bigger. The more products you cater, the more challenging and thrilling the game will become.

Collect Tickets and Upgrade the Shop

What is great about Cooking Craze is the fact that you cannot just progress easily. In order to unlock new set of levels, you must collect enough golden tickets. The golden tickets can be obtained in selected levels. You can easily identify which level has a Golden ticket reward by simply looking at the world map. This particular feature actually provides the game a remarkable replay value.  It basically forces the player to replay the previous level. The tricky part however is that the levels will become more and more challenging as you repeat them. Once you replay a level, the target income will increase exponentially but the time will remain the same.

There are many forms of upgrade. You can upgrade the stove or the frying pan for faster cooking time, you can upgrade the soda or coffee machine for increased production or you can also upgrade the menu so you can cater something new. Players can also buy candies to prevent the customers from getting bored. Take note that each customer has their own happy meter and you must prevent it from getting too low at all cost.

Explore Different Shops

Cooking Craze will not just focus on one menu but allows you to explore different shops and restaurants. From a simple Burger stand, you will eventually get a chance to run a pastry shop, a sushi bar and a whole lot more. Each shop caters different menus and you can always go back to the previous level. Take note that upgrades are permanent which means if you upgraded a cooking material and you wishes to go back to a previous level, the shop is already upgraded and you can definitely use it as your own advantage.

The game also comes with Spoons which will serve as the premium currency. Spoons can be converted into gold coins in case you need additional money for the upgrade. You can obtain spoons in many ways. One of which is through Achievements. You can also collect more through the in-game shop.
