I guess the title of this game is clear enough to give you an idea of what exactly to expect. Spin is a simple yet fun and undeniably addictive game from Ketchapp. The goal is simple, guide the ball as it spins around a seemingly endless tube and avoid all the obstacles you will encounter along the way. Playing Spin is like playing Helix Jump but in a different perspective. It feels like a merge between Helix Jump and Rolling Ball in the Sky and if you love both games, then you will find Spin equally amusing and fun! The Gameplay

Much like most of Ketchapp and Voodoo Games, Spin is also characterized by its overall simplicity. It doesn’t feature any complex details or adorned with visually striking graphics. As soon as the game begins, it prompts you to a very simple interface. The mechanics are generally simple and easily manageable. The moment you tap the screen, the ball will automatically start rolling on a spinning tube. Please be mindful that the ball rolls automatically and you cannot manipulate its movement entirely. The only action you can maneuver is the ability to change the ball’s direction.

By default, the ball is rolling automatically and is always heading right. Simply tap the and hold the screen to move the ball towards left. Release the hold to alter the direction and let the ball roll to its right side. Basically, the game is about proper timing and the players are greatly encouraged to express the best of their visual reflexes and to show off their impressive eye and hand coordination in order to maximize their winnings.  Take note that once you hit an obstacle, the game will come to a quick end and you have no choice but to start the same level back from the very beginning.

Collect Coins and Unlock New Skins

Aside from the overwhelming and seemingly interminable number of obstacles that you will encounter along the way, you will also encounter coins that you can collect for various purposes. You can use the coins to unlock new skins. Simply head over to the Main menu and tap the Shop Icon to access the store. From there, you can unlock new skins which are all randomly generated. A standard Skin is worth 1000 coins. You can also unlock special skins through Spin’s in-game shop. Interestingly, the game occasionally allows players to use these special skins for a limited number of attempts.

Mastery and Complexity

Despite the game’s apparent simplicity, Spin is notably challenging. This endless running game requires players to master the controls effectively. Since the stage dynamically changes for every attempt, the game result is always unpredictable which gives this game a remarkable replay value. The longer you travel, the more challenging the game will become. Eventually you will encounter unique mechanisms including special platforms that allow you to hop or jump over an obstacle. The speed also drastically increasing as you progress which makes the game even more challenging.

Spin is generally a great game. It is simple yet surprisingly addictive and very unpredictable.
